David S. Oltman was one of the co-founders of ReloTax and The Hessel Group/Homestore Mobility, a worldwide corporate relocation software and consulting firm headquartered in Wilton, Connecticut with additional offices in California, Colorado, New Jersey and The United Kingdom. Today, the former Hessel Group operates as Relocation Taxes, LLC of which David is President and CEO.  Relocation Taxes, LLC prepares the transferee's personal income tax returns, handling the complex multi-state taxation issues along with performing thousands of gross-up audits, keeping both the transferee and the company “100% whole” according to policy. 

David received his B.B.A. in Human Resources from Pace University and his M.B.A. in Finance.  David is a member of The International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and The Employee Relocation Council along with being one of the founders of the Relocation Council of New York City.  David was one of the first individuals in the country to receive his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. He is an ERC Meritorious Service Award winner.   He has spoken at various seminars and conferences around the country and has been rated as the "top" speaker at many national meetings.  In addition, David is a published software writer.  Before founding The Hessel Group, David was Manager of Benefits Administration and Relocation at Ciba‑Geigy / "Novartis" Corporation.  David’s license plate tag on his car is GROSS-UP.

Debbie joined Relocation Taxes, LLC (formerly ReloTax, a division of The Hessel Group) in 1998.  In 2002, she became a principle and has been responsible for the operations and the client relationship function. 

Debbie has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and received an MBA from Quinnipiac University.  She has spent the majority of her career in Public Accounting however did a short stint as an auditor in the corporate sector. 

She believes that offering unparalleled customer service is the key to success.  Her broad knowledge both in taxation and relocation, and association with a diverse client base has given her the expertise to advise clients, keep them compliant and guide them through the demands placed upon them through the ever changing economy.
